How do we reserve your services?
There is a non-refundable deposit equal to 1/3 of your total package price. The remainder is due no later than 30 days before your wedding date.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking no later than 6 months prior to your wedding day. Often times we are booked out a year in advance. First come, first serve!
Do you do multiple weddings on one day?
We only allow one booking per day for weddings. Once that day is booked, it is no longer available.
What’s the minimum time that we can book you?
2 hours.
Can you travel?
Yes, we travel frequently. For outer islands, a $500 travel fee will be added to cover air, car & hotel. For national & international destination weddings, fees vary. Please contact us for more details.
When will we receive our photos?
Approximately 4-6 weeks. As a general rule, each hour of “actual” coverage translates to at least 4-5 hours of post-production. So, for an 8 hour wedding, there is a minimum of 40-50 hours of work to be done after the wedding.
Are you available for sunrise/morning weddings?
Absolutely. Sunrise is one of our favorite times of the day, and it is ALWAYS worth getting up early, in our humble opinion.
Digital or Film?
Digital all the way!
Do you provide all of the images on disc?
Yes, all of our packages include a CD/DVD of all of the high-resolution proofing images. As part of the package, you are also granted shared copyrights, so you are free to print your own photos at the lab of your choice.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We can invoice you online via Paypal.
Can we get the images sooner?
Yes, we can turnaround in 1-2 weeks with a rush charge equal to 1/3 of the total package price.
Do you work with an assistant?
Yes! My wife Tess also serves as my assistant and 2nd photographer during certain times of your day, assuring that nothing is missed.
What if our program runs late?
We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances that may cause your program to run a little bit late. We won’t abandon you if it goes 15-25 minutes over. Any additional hours on top of that or coverage that were not included in the original package price will be invoiced to you after the wedding.
How much time should we leave for our personal portrait session?
We recommend accounting for a minimum of 45 minutes for portraits of the two of you. An hour is even better. A great time to do this is before the ceremony, so you don’t have to leave your guests & family after the ceremony or during the reception. That is, of course, unless you want to…
Do you offer albums?
Yes. Usually we recommend waiting until the dust settles after the wedding and picking all of your favorite photos that you would want included in the album. Samples and pricing are available upon request.
